This September, members of Group 3 Solutions’ Dobies Healthcare Group participated in the 28th Annual Penny Jones Golf Tournament in Lawrence, Kan. Proceeds from the tournament benefited the Lawrence Memorial Hospital (LMH) Endowment Association, which provides funding for LMH, a 173-bed, not-for-profit hospital. Over the last several years, the LMH Endowment Association has provided more than $3 million in equipment and services for the community hospital, including staff education, ventilators, portable x-ray units, and fetal heart monitors for the hospital’s new Family Birthing Center.

About LMH Family Birthing Center
The Family Birthing Center (FBC) was part of LMH’s four-phase, multi-million dollar campus improvement project that included a complete room remodel and expansion of its obstetrics department. The FBC features private birthing suites, fetal monitoring systems, an advanced infant security system and a Level II Nursery for specialized care of premature or sick infants. LMH offers a variety of parenting classes as well as prenatal care to expectant mothers, including those experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.
